The Use Case
You are trying to design a complex incoming phone calls flow on your phone system, for example with 3CX Call Flow Designer, but you miss the right API to interact with, because it not available or not accessible.
This is the problem we solve.
Caller recognition based routings
This collection allows you to redirect the calls based on the contact details of the caller number. If the caller is not recognised by their number at first, you can also get the details based on some information they enter, as a customer account.
Geographic routings
This collection allows you the redirect the calls based on the geographic location of the caller. Several geographic models are available, as global regions, countries or local districts.
Time based routings
This collection allows you to redirect the calls based on the time: you will typically set up 'open', 'close', and 'exception' statuses for you call queues.
